InkTrace is a tattoo stencil generator app that converts your photos into stencil-ready line art. This privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Photos and Images

Photos you upload are processed entirely on your device. InkTrace does not send, upload, or transmit your photos to any server. All image processing — including outline detection, halftone shading, hatching, and AI Line Art generation — happens locally on your device using on-device models.

The stencils you create are stored locally on your device using the app's internal storage. They are never uploaded to any server. Deleting the app removes all stored stencils.

2. Camera Access

InkTrace requests camera access only when you tap the "Take Photo" button. The camera stream is used solely to capture a photo within the app for stencil generation. The live camera feed is never recorded, transmitted, or stored beyond the single photo you capture.

3. No Personal Data Collected

InkTrace does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not:

• Collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Track your location
• Use analytics or tracking SDKs
• Share data with third parties

4. No Internet Connection Required

InkTrace works fully offline. The app does not require an internet connection for any of its features. No data is sent to or received from any server during normal operation.

5. In-App Purchases

InkTrace offers a one-time "Lifetime Unlock" purchase via Google Play Billing. Payment is processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment information. Google may share a purchase token with the app to verify your purchase, but no personal or financial data is transmitted to us.

6. Permissions Used

• Camera — Used only when you tap "Take Photo" to capture a photo for stencil generation
• Internet — Used only for the optional URL image loading feature (when you paste an image URL). No telemetry or analytics.

7. Children's Privacy

InkTrace is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. The app does not collect data from any user regardless of age.

8. Data Deletion

All data in InkTrace is stored locally on your device. To delete all app data, simply uninstall the app. This removes all stencils, settings, and preferences immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top.
